海外ドラマを観てて太刀打ちできなかった英文集 part01
House of Cardsを英語字幕で観始めた。
その中でも前後の文脈等から全く意味が推測できず太刀打ちできなかった英文をメモした。
意訳してる。
訳せないのもあったので今度だれかに聞く。
どこで使うんだその英文ってのが多いけど、バラせばいくらでも応用は利く。

House of Cardsは政治的な話が多いから、格式張った英語が多くて苦労する。
シークレットサービスが副大統領と会話してるときとか、ほとんどが見たこと無い単語(どれも平易な表現が別に存在する)で参った。
海外ドラマは鬼のように観てるので他の作品でも同じようにメモを取っていきたい。
